What is freeze drying?

Freeze dried sweet is all the rage! Think of it as a new way to taste your favorite sweets. Freeze-dried fruit is shelf-stable for up to 25 years under ideal conditions! It has undergone a process to remove nearly all of its moisture while retaining about 95% of its nutrients. We take some of the most popular candies and fruits and we freeze dry them, turning them into the most incredibly light, crunchy, flavored enhanced, melt-in-your-mouth sweets!
